Who We Are
ParentsCAN is a local non-profit organization which serves families with disabilities in Napa County. ParentsCAN provides support and information parents need to make necessary decisions in order to best assist
their child with special needs.

Our Mission
Empowering families of children with disabilities to achieve independence and fulfillment. There are over 2700 children who are considered “disabled” by government guidelines in Napa County. These are just the children in the public schools who qualify for special education resources. There are hundreds more children who have life-altering conditions who either are not yet in school programs or who do not officially qualify under Federal guidelines.
